Problem Statement Currently, there is a lack of consistent event tracking across key user actions within the Prado platform, resulting in incomplete or missing data in GA4. This makes it difficult to analyze user behavior, optimize user experience, and inform business decisions. There is a need to ensure that all important events and their associated parameters are accurately tracked and documented in the GA4 Data Layer.Description We will implement and track the following key user events within the GA4 Data Layer to ensure complete and accurate data collection. These events include actions such as viewing product lists, adding/removing items from the cart, starting the checkout process, submitting payment information, and other critical actions throughout the user journey. Documentation will be provided for each event and its parameters to ensure clear understanding and accurate reporting.Business Outcome Once all relevant events are integrated into the GA4 Data Layer, we will be able to track user actions more effectively and comprehensively across the platform. This will enable more precise analytics, better decision-making, and improved marketing strategies. Problem Statement The current horizontal scroll implementation for products in the Manage Plan section of the app does not provide an intuitive user experience. Users struggle to navigate and make changes to their plans, leading to friction and potential dissatisfaction.Description We will replace the horizontal scroll with a vertical scroll in the Manage Plan section of the mobile app. This will improve usability, allowing users to more easily view and edit their plans. The enhanced vertical scroll feature will first be rolled out in the app and later extended to the mobile web view for a seamless, consistent experience across platforms.Business Outcome Implementing vertical scrolling for the Manage Plan page in the mobile app will result in easier navigation, helping users more effectively manage their subscriptions. Vertical Scrolling for Manage Plan Page

Problem Statement Currently, the user experience for returning subscribers in the Prado app is unclear and lacks a clear separation between subscription and one-time ordering. This results in confusion for users when trying to navigate between their subscription orders and other types of purchases, impacting user satisfaction and engagement.Description We will enhance the returning subscriber experience by decoupling the subscription process from one-time orders in the Prado app. This feature will provide a clearer path for users to follow, making it easier for them to manage their subscriptions and place one-time orders. This improvement will be extended to the web and mobile platforms in the long term.Business Outcome Once the returning subscriber experience is improved and the subscription and one-time ordering paths are clearly decoupled, users will have a more intuitive and streamlined experience. Returning subscriber experience (App)

Problem Statement Currently, when customers browse the menu, there is no visual indicator to show if an item or any of its variants are sold out. Customers can select any item or variant without knowing it is unavailable, leading to a frustrating trial-and-error experience when they are only notified of unavailability at checkout. This issue affects both regular products and products with multiple variants.Description We propose adding a visual indicator, such as graying out or making sold-out items and their variants non-clickable, to clearly show availability. This will help customers avoid selecting unavailable products and improve the overall user experience for both regular products and products with variants.Business Outcome Once we implement visual indicators for sold-out items and variants, customers will be able to make more informed decisions while browsing, reducing frustration and improving the efficiency of the purchasing process. Disable items in online store that are out of stock

Email Collection- Evaluate the connection between Prado & Klayvio

Problem Statement Currently, same-day fulfillment is the only option for online orders for in-store pickup, as stores are not notified of the order until the day of fulfillment. This results in inventory shortages when items sell out between the order date and fulfillment date, leading to customer frustration and the need for refunds. Additionally, this limitation prevents activation of in-store pickup subscription orders, missing a key opportunity for sales growth and customer retention.Description To address this issue, online orders should integrate with the POS system at the time of order placement, allowing stores to receive notifications immediately. The fulfillment date should be clearly indicated on the receipt to ensure accurate inventory management and preparation for orders placed in advance.Business Outcome Statement Once online orders are integrated with the POS at the time of order placement, stores will receive timely notifications, enabling them to prepare for in-store pickups accurately and prevent inventory shortages. Problem Statement The current mobile layout on the e-commerce site limits the number of products that users can view at once, leading to a less engaging shopping experience. With only a single-column display, users must scroll more to see additional products, which may hinder decision-making and lead to decreased engagement and sales.Description To improve the mobile user experience, we will first implement a two-column view for products in the app, allowing users to see more products at once. Additionally, users will have the option to toggle between a one-column and two-column view. The update will also enhance navigation, filtering, and searching capabilities to help users quickly find products and make decisions faster. After the app update, we will bring this functionality to the mobile web, improving both user experience and overall mobile site speed.Business Outcome Once the mobile layout is updated in the app to allow for both one- and two-column views, users will have an improved shopping experience with better use of screen space. By allowing users to choose between the two layouts, they will be able to personalize their browsing experience, leading to higher engagement and quicker decision-making. Allow more products to be viewed in mobile

Problem Statement Merchants currently lack an efficient way to connect their product data to Google Merchant Center, resulting in outdated or inaccurate product listings. This limits their ability to optimize product visibility and performance across Google platforms. Merchants need a seamless process to ensure that their product data is automatically updated and available for integration with Google Merchant Center and other feed management platforms.Description We will implement a solution that allows merchants to connect to a .csv file of active product data, which will be updated periodically throughout the day. This will ensure that their Google Merchant Center always has the most up-to-date product information, improving product visibility and optimization. The URL for the product data will be accessible within Admin &gt; Settings &gt; Marketing &gt; Integrations &gt; Google Analytics, providing a direct link to the .csv file. The data will include essential attributes for feed management and optimization, while inactive products will be excluded.Business Outcome Once the Google Product Feed integration is implemented, merchants will have a reliable and automated process for keeping their Google Merchant Center product listings up to date. This will improve the accuracy of product information across Google platforms, increase product visibility, and enable better optimization for sales. Currently, there is no direct integration to send product data from Prado to Klaviyo, which limits the ability to send personalized, product-specific email campaigns. Without this integration, merchants are unable to fully leverage the power of their product catalog in Klaviyo, potentially limiting the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.Description We will enable merchants to connect their product catalog to Klaviyo, allowing them to sync their product data for use in email campaigns. This integration will ensure that all active products and their attributes (e.g., price, image, description) are available for use in Klaviyo’s email templates. A URL for the product feed will be provided within Prado's Admin panel under the Marketing &gt; Integrations section. This feed will update regularly, ensuring Klaviyo always has the most up-to-date product information.Business Outcome Once the product catalog is connected to Klaviyo, merchants will be able to create more targeted and personalized email campaigns, featuring up-to-date product information. Connect product catalog to Klaviyo

As a returning logged in subscriber or user the start shopping modal should be updated.Currently, in the app, when I log into the app I have the following options<ul><li>Manage plan</li><li>Add a new plan</li><li>One Time order</li></ul>Users should not be encourages to add a new plan. Rather they should only be given the option to manage the existing subscription(s) or begin a new one time order. If the user selects “new one time order”, the experience should more explicitly guide them thru that experience.<h2>Acceptance Criteria</h2><ol><li>As a returning logged in subscriber I should be met with the “Start Shopping” modal<ol><li>Currently this modal is titled “Select Subscription Plan”. This should be updated to “Start Shopping”</li><li>Currently this modal has subtext that says “Select a subscription plan to view and manage orders”. POS Refactor

Overview: As a merchant I should be able to configure the referrals section in the user profile. This should carry over from web to mobile app. The goal of this is to make it easier for users (subscribers) to refer friends and family and improve conversion.Currently the merchant can only use the referral block on a landing page to configure referrals. Update Refer a Friend section in app

In order to support our merchants who utilize Ship Station and improve the customer experience, we will integrate with Ship Station to ensure <ol class="tight" data-tight="true"><li>Easier management of shipments, allowing orders to pass directly to Ship Station rather than a manual upload</li><li>Customer shipping information (shipping label &amp; tracking) is linked directly to Prado to provide the information within emails &amp; the customer profile</li></ol>

For example, in the Recycle Rewards Program, when a customer returns 5 containers worth 15 points each, the team member must manually calculate the total (e.g., 15x5 = 75 points), navigate to the customer's profile, and add the points manually. In our previous POS system, we could assign point values to empty products, which, when added to an order, automatically updated the customer’s profile with the corresponding points. Loyalty improvements

Issue #2 (Future Enhancement): As we consider enabling customers to place orders in advance, it is essential for the system to account for scheduled inventory restocking rather than relying solely on current stock levels. For example, stores receive inventory replenishments on Saturdays and Wednesdays, so the system should recognize and incorporate expected stock availability for these upcoming restocking days. This feature would enhance the customer experience by providing accurate inventory information for future order dates. Additionally, insights into how other companies, such as Snap Kitchen or EveryTable, manage similar scenarios would be valuable in identifying best practices for implementation.

Handle committed vs. available inventory

If you update any field on a line item in inventory, the page refreshes and goes back to the top of the list. We want to be able to remember which line they were on and take them back there on refresh.

In order to support special holiday menus or specific products that are only available for a specific date, we should allow merchants to specify the date that the product is available for purchase but also the date that the product shows on the menu so that customers are able to purchase the product ahead of the availability date for that specific fulfillment date.
